This is day 7 of my 22 Pushups in 22 Days Challenge.
This is to bring attention to an important issue… that just in the US alone, an average of 22 veterans commit suicide, every day. As a friend of mine pointed out, who is a veteran himself, this number is actually much higher.
My friend Stephen Kent invited me to take part in this challenge, and I am very happy to do what I can to bring awareness to this issue.
Each day, I’ll be doing 22 pushups, then nominating someone else to participate in the challenge as well.
