### Growth doesn’t always mean “more”
Online, the default advice is:
More platforms.
More offers.
More content.
But “more” can actually make you weaker,
not stronger.
Sharp comes from **focus**, not volume.
### Small and specific beats big and blurry
When you try to help everyone with
everything, your message blurs.
When you focus on a specific type of
person and a specific type of problem,
three things happen:
– Your examples land harder.
– Your offers are easier to shape.
– Your authority grows faster.
You don’t need a massive empire.
You need one clear, strong corner of
the map where you’re the obvious choice.
### Protect what’s working from shiny objects
Every week, something new pops up:
A platform.
A tactic.
A “must‑do” strategy.
Before you chase it, ask:
– “Does this clearly support what’s
already working?”
– “Will this make my main path simpler
or more complicated?”
– “If I say ‘yes’ to this, what am I
saying ‘no’ to?”
Most of the time, the smartest move is
to double down on the few things that
are already moving the needle.
### One small move for this week
Here’s your assignment:
1) List **everything** you’re currently
trying to do for your online income:
platforms, projects, offers, habits.
2) Put a star next to the **two or three**
that are either:
– Already working, or
– Clearly the best bets.
3) For the next two weeks, treat those
starred items as your “small and
sharp” focus — and let yourself do
less of everything else on purpose.
You’re not shrinking your ambition.
You’re concentrating your power.
### What’s coming next
In the next issue, we’ll close this
arc by talking about **what to do when
your plan changes** — how to pivot
without throwing away all the trust
and structure you’ve built so far.
